If you're feeling overwhelmed, don't have time, aren't local or don't know how to advertise- you may consider hiring an estate sale company to manage the liquidation of you or your family's estate.
We provide a complimentary consultation that will assess your needs to determine the services we will provide for the estate. Standard services are preparing the home, staging items, pricing items, advertising the sale, completing the liquidation of the estate, and finally donation or removal of leftover goods.
Figure out what you'd like to keep. Don't toss, trash or move anything, you know that they say... one man's trash is another man's treasure! We do all staging and preparation.
Our rates are based around your needs and typically range from 40-50% of the total sale! Higher value items like cars, trailers or equipment can be negotiated to a lower %. What we charge is based on the size of the estate, including start to finish services. No hidden fees!
Depending on personal or legal requirements, you may choose to retain the items, we can donate them to a charity of your choice, or we can contact a third party company to remove the items. For select high value items, they can be taken to auction, consignment, or online through personal connections.
